Brian Iddon has failed in raising this EDM and that can not be questioned, the rest of what he says are excuses as to why he did not do what he was asked.
Brian Iddon provides a reason of not being able to vote against the paragraph "...in the Government motion on peace between the Israelis and Palestinians according to a two-state settlement of their dispute".
Brian Iddon has failed to attend a single national rally in support of Palestine and last year he said he was going to the rally so we got him invited to speak, he declined the invitation and didn't even attend.

Although it was never in doubt Dr Iddon would sweep to victory for a third term in the safe Labour seat, the veteran politician spent polling dday urging his voters to turn out by touring the constituency with a megaphone.
Dr Iddon's majority slipped by 1,233 votes on the election four years ago, but the biggest losers of the night were the Conservatives, who saw their share of the vote slashed to 6,491 from 8,258 in 2001.
