Going behind seemed to stir Malin into action and Liam o' Neill found the net after good work by Shaun Kelly Down the left wing.This was to be the last score of an evenly fought first half which saw Malin leading by 1-6 to 0-7.

 Bow River Irrigation District
Water for the BRID is diverted from the Bow River at the Caresland Weir.

 Rural Development uncovers diamonds in South Armagh.
Bríd Rodgers MLA, the Minister for Agriculture and Rural Development, today celebrated two sparkling new community based rural regeneration projects at Bessbrook and Flurrybridge in County Armagh.
The Centre which has made available 3,500sq.ft. of workspace and retail units was developed as a vehicle for employment creation while the restoration of a workers cottage provides an excellent educational facility.
First Bríd Rodgers, in conjunction with the Chairman of the International Fund for Ireland (William T McCarter), participated in the official opening of the £530,000 Beehive Enterprise Centre in the village of Bessbrook.
