CityTrain is the name given to the extensive urban, suburban and inter-urban electric passenger railway network serving metropolitan Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
CityTrain also operates several bus routes along corridors where the railway line has either been closed to passenger traffic or supplements low-patronage lines at specific times of the day.
Brisbane Central is the hub of the Citytrain network.

In fact Brisbane's Citytrain network has extremely good lockers for securing your bicycle at the station so it will be there in one piece undamaged along with your helmet etc when you return.
In a wonderful set of circumstances, Brisbane's Lord Mayor Cr Soorley saw the front mounted bike racks in use in the USA and recognised their applicability in Brisbane.
