The Brit School is delighted to announce that Brit FM will be broadcasting once more on 101.5 FM from July 15th through to July 25th.
The Brit school is riding high on its increasing academic and artistic successes and the radio station is proud to be able to reflect excellence from within Brit as well as profiling local and international artists and practitioners on air.
The pupils of the BRIT School are the budding Tony Blackburns of tomorrow.

On Thursday July 4 2003, the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh visited The BRIT School for Performing Arts and Technology as part of the Queen's Jubilee Tour.
Locals lined the streets, and the royals were met by BRIT School Principal, Nick Williams.
BRIT School students Adam Maher and Beverley Tawiah gave a 40 minute tour of the premises.

Thursday: went to school only had first 2 and then had 4 frees and then went to 7th which was a suprise and then went to knox wid, brit, jay, rodney and daniel, then met up wid tim, erin, wristy, matt n tash.
Friday: went to school, left at start of lunch came home slept, from like 1.15 till 3.10 then got up and went to work 4-9 and omg it was soo boring from like 7.30-8.30 it was dead so i jus cleaned registers and pretended to be doin work..haha was glad to go home.
Friday i only went to school for 2 periods and then brit and i went to knox and i bought a straightner from myer i think it was 69.95, i love it its cool and its so tiny, and then um, jus came back bummin around here.

The bad part about going to school though is that I won't have a computer of my own for at least two weeks.
But I will have computer access at the school but I'm not sure when I will be on, and even if I have the opportunity to go on then I might not have the time to email anyone.
I don't miss the environment of the school, but I miss having the chance to hang out with all of my friends, and even some acquaintances.

Dane, 19, who rocketed to fame with the all-boy band in 1997, was still at the school in The Crescent, Selhurst, when he got his big break.
He sat GCSEs at the school in June 1995 and stayed on as a 16-year-old to major in dance.

Writer David De Silva, based the FAME story on La Guardia School of Performing Arts in New York, the original Fame school on which several schools in the UK are based, including the Brit School in Croydon and The Liverpool School for Performing Arts, founded by Paul McCartney.

After leaving school, Paul started a two-year theatre course at the BRIT school where he gained a B-Tech national diploma in performing arts.
2004 saw the year where he was part of the first company to tour a show internationally from the BRIT school.
After many shows, performances and experiences Paul left the BRIT school in June 2004 and was a member of the theatre company 'Steve' who performed the play 'Falling Pages' to a sold out audience in South Norwood theatre at the beginning of July.
