It is customary in American and British signalling practice to say that a train coming up to a signal is in rear of the signal, but after it passes will then be in advance of the signal; that is, to take the point of view of the train, not the signal.
That the rails can form parts of an electrical circuit for detecting the presence of a train, or for communication by telegraph with the train, was realized by Steinheil in 1838 when he was developing the electromagnetic telegraph.
In the GWR system, this ramp was between the rails and the shoe was beneath the cab; in the Miller system, the ramp was to the right of the track, and the shoe was on a tender journal (so its height would be constant and not affected by springing).

Gto back on level terms about 20 mins into the second half and let it slip within 5 mins some bad marking and errors from two deffenders,keeper error 2 -- 1 down, then after 5 or 10 mins got back on level terms and should have won the game two v/good chances missed by Chris.
Looks like we need to sort the back four otu as they seem to be all over the place, the two centre backs playing to close to each other,Going 1 behind through bad marking and poor talking.
After last week 1 or two not doing the business made two changes and it seemed to work we were two up after ten mins.But like the other two games the long ball caused a mix up at the back 2-1.

In the 1970's several pre-Nationalisation vintage coaches were used on Railtours, including the North British Railway Saloon, Great North of Scotland Royal Saloon, Gresley Buffet, Caledonian and LMS coaches.
In the 1980's and 90's a fleet of former British Rail Mark 1 coaches was acquired by the Scottish Railway Preservation Society.
These carriages, repainted in maroon livery, are maintained by members at Bo'ness, the only volunteer group to maintain a set of passenger coaches to the high standards required for running on Railtrack lines.
