 Flora of Mount Rainier National Park
(Several were reported recently by Regina Rochefort, Park Botanist and three were found in 1998 by Karen Kopper in the course of her exotic plant survey.) None appear in Jones's Flora (1938), Brockman's Flora (1947), Dunwiddie's list (1983), or in the NPS Flora list (1995).
There are two sources for the taxa on this list: I have observed these plants in the Park or have verified existing herbarium vouchers.
Plants marked with an asterisk have been collected by me and placed in herbaria at the Park and at the University of Washington.

Depart Bunbury and travel south on the Bussell Highway though the Tuart Forest National Park to the town of Bussleton.
This morning visit some of the nearby famous wineries and the limestone Mammoth and Lake Caves before departing along the Bussell Highway to Karridale where you turn onto the Brockman Highway to reach the town of Nannup.
At this point turn south onto the Vasse Highway to arrive into Pemberton which is steeped in timber lore and is the best place to experience the magic of the magnificent Karri forests.
