The Brockton Rox has an agreement with the 21st Century Corp. to operate both the stadium and the conference center.
The 21st Century Corp. leases the stadium to the Brockton Rox for $125,000 a year, or 7 percent of gross revenues, whichever is greater.

BROCKTON — The new deal between the Brockton 21st Century Corp. and the Brockton Rox for operations at the Shaw's Center was completed Wednesday.
The deal settles payments the corporation owed the Rox for start-up costs at the center and puts the burden of generating business at the conference center squarely on the baseball team.
The last section of the 27-page contract states the agreement supercedes all previous agreements and releases the Rox and 21st Century Corp. from "any and all obligations and debts" under the initial January 2002 license agreement.

The team won their league's championship last year and brought in 45-year-old Dennis "Oil Can" Boyd this year who drew a crowd of 4200 on a cloudy Memorial Day.
