		The Bronx River is a river, approximately 20 mi (32 km) long, in southeast New York in the United States.
		It flows southward through the urbanized areas of the Bronx, through Bronx Park and empties into the East River, a tidal strait connected to Long Island Sound, between Sound View Park and Hunts Point.
		Along much of its length in Westchester County and the northern Bronx it is paralled by the Bronx River Parkway.

		The concept of “no kill” began in 1990 at the San Francisco Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, which teamed up with the local animal control agency to create programs that encouraged adoption, instituted spay/neutering, reunited pets with owners, and vastly improved the shelters themselves.
		That “no kill” is now even the official goal in New York is largely due to three people, the city’s new generation of leadership in animal care.
		The third new leader passionately committed to “no kill” is Edwin Sayres, the new president of the ASPCA, a national organization founded in 1866 that is headquartered here in the city.

		Joby Ford's guitar work remains pretty amazing throughout the album, the energy level remains in the red (songs like "Gun Without Bullets" and "Kill My Friends" nearly don't fit on a shiny disc), but when I'm halfway the record, I'm always being confronted with its monotony.
		The end of the album manages to offer something different, as "Strobe Life" has more in common with The Constantines than the New Bomb Turks, while the cover of X's "Los Angeles" is faithful, but powerfully executed.
