Brotherhood of Mutants - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia In 1981, the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants was revived under the leadership of Mystique while the group's most visible incarnation during the early 1990s was led by Toad. Brotherhoods outside of comics So the movie Brotherhood didn't have that original of a plan it was a typical comic scheme but it was cool to see the Brotherhood on the big screen (actually i first saw the movie on TV but most saw it first on the big screen).
