Yo me inclino por Bucaramanga, es indudable que la calidad de vida de esta ciudad es superior a la de Cartagena.
Pero creo que pensandolo bien es màs ciudad Bucaramanga, ademàs creo que esta segunda cobra mas importancia por ser practicamente la capital de la region, mientras Cartagena tiene que verselas con Barranquilla.
Creo que Bucaramanga progresa a un ritmo mayor que Barranquilla, luego no seria descabellado que en el futuro mediano podria alcanzar a Barranquilla e incluso superarla.
