They capitalize on the social experience - actually Bucharest Mall was successful as it was the first mover in a virgin market.
I really liked the part with the "social experience" the mall gives and I had in mind a description made by someone from Romania (it was Galati or Braila, not really sure).
My friend said that the mall (1st one) was indeed amazing for someone who has never seen one before, but it was a traumatizing experience since everybody over there looked classy, chic, and here came the usual romanians in fl boots, ordinary jeans and stuff, which made them look bad.
