The first season is generally pretty good, and features a number of great guest appearances and cameos, including genre regulars Frank Gorshin, Roddy McDowall and Jack Palance, as well as the man who played the character of Buck Rogers in the original 1939 film serial, the legendary Larry "Buster" Crabbe.
