	India adds another budget airline - Boston.com
		A new Indian budget airline announced Monday that its first plane would take to the skies on Aug. 4, cashing in on the country's aviation boom.
		Budget airlines hit the Indian skies two years ago starting with Air Deccan, an airline launched by former pilots at India's state-owned carrier, Indian Airlines.
		The airline claims it has put together a management team with long expertise in aviation in Europe and the United States.
