The main difference between the two groups is that most bulbophyllums carry single flowers while those once described as cirrhopetalums carry a number of flowers grouped together on a single stem in an arrangement called an umbel, in which the flowers are grouped together on one side of the arrangement like fingers on a hand.

A miniature epiphyte from Australia at elevations of 300 to 750 meters that has tiny globose pseudobulbs and a single, apical, short leaf a slender, petite, 3/8" [1 to 1.5 cm] long, single flowered inflorescence occuring in the spring holding the flower well above the leaves.
This species can be put in small pots or on cork with hot temperatures, partial shade and ample waterings.

The best place would be from someone in Russia or Europe who has a plant or two of this species and would try pollinating flowers for you.
I have never seen B. globuliforme flasks for sale and I am guessing that this has not been attempted or has not been attempted successfully.
