However once Daredevil arrives on the scene, and the fight moves down to the street, the only real display of Bullseye's throwing skill is a single attack that Matt is able to bat aside with his billy club.

Deadpool -   (Site not responding. Last check: 2007-09-17)
Deadpool is one of few Marvel comic books that have broken the "fourth wall" and called attention to his nature as a comic book character.
This may be due in part that early in the series when Deadpool had dealings with the Norse god Loki, he was told the secret of the universe by the trickster god: "There is a man with a typewriter...".
However, this explanation doesn't explain some instances that occured before the Loki storyarc, particularly in the pictured exchange with Bullseye, but in those instances, it can possibly be attributed with his insanity and bizarre worldview; a comically accurate paranoia, of sorts.

Their first bi-monthly title released was Bullseye, Western Scout (cover-dated July-August 1954), which debuted in May of 1954--just a few weeks after the initial Senate Subcommittee Investigations centered on comic books had been televised live to the nation, and Wertham's Seduction of the Innocent had begun to frighten a lot of parents.
