In cycling, particularly BMX and mountain biking, the bunny hop is a bike trick where the rider lifts the bike over an obstacle while remaining on the bike and in motion.
A bunny hop is carried out by approaching an obstacle at speed, lifting the front of the bike and leveling the pedals.
It is a common misconception that a bunny hop without toe clips is achieved by rotating forward on the handlebars.

We called the one where you pull the front wheel up first a bunny hop and both wheels at the same time a husky.
Bunnyhops are a bit more difficult to master on mountain bikes because of the longer length, it forces the motion of the hop to be more exaggerated I think.
