		Debris and concrete blocks that littered the area have been removed, and the grounds spruced up, the parking lot paved, the office moved dockside, the hours of operation expanded from shortly after daylight to almost dusk, RV spaces were added, and both auto and boat repair service is available.
		One improvement that Burland suggested was the purchase of a tow boat for disabled boaters.
