		We are not talking about women who travel a lot we are talking about the burqah in everyday life, the lady in the original article is talking about banning it from public places.
		A women wearing the burqah can show her face for practical reasons, it was never worn 100% of the time but the women used to draw it when men walked passed them or they where in an area that wasnt good.
		Afghan women dont just have the burqah they have an eye covering like a grid as well, this adaptation is cultural based and something that is accptable if chosen but not a requirment.
