It seems to make no sense to put Chinese characters to it, especially when they usually wouldn't even write something with a proper Hanja name like Busan in Hanja!
I admit I cannot be 100% sure though.
Many notable buildings include the Korea Finance Building, Namsan Tower, the World Trade Centre, the 6-skyscraper residence Tower Palace, the Star Tower, IPark Apartment, and the various high-rise office buildings dominate Seoul's skyline.
