		Marvel vs. Capcom is a series of fighting games created by Capcom in which characters created by Marvel Comics and Capcom's own characters appear together.
		The Marvel vs. Capcom series is perhaps considered to be the most popular among American fans of the Street Fighter series, in part because it allows their comic book heroes and villains to fight alongside or against their favorite Capcom characters.

		Capcom and SNK both have been slaving away with the fighting genre for eons, and if there are any two companies out there who know their stuff, it's those two.
		While the Capcom version fills its power meter through defense and offense that's eventually unleashed into some nasty super moves, the SNK alternative requires the player to charge their own power meter through discretionary button pushes (and special non-chargeable attacks called Desperations).

		The last 2D fighter that Capcom developed was Capcom vs. SNK 2, which was released on the Dreamcast, Xbox, GameCube and PS2.
		There's little hope that Capcom would change this, considering the game is going to be released in the next couple of months, but it would be nice of them to do some touching up as a bare minimum.
		For now, having a new Capcom game is more than anyone could ask for, and despite the rather crunky graphics, many fans (myself included) are looking forward to this game when it comes out.

		Capcom knows good fighting games, and this is as good as they come.

		One reason for this is seeing and controlling your favorite fighters and super heroes recreated and insanely animated in a video game.
		CPS-II fighting game, with a few new home exclusive modes to boot, such as the requisite "Survival Mode," "Training Mode" and "Cross Fever" mode, which is a madness-filled 4 player(!) fighting fest, where you and three of your friends can battle it out in a huge free-for-all.
		All the insane screen-sized supers and special effects are all in, backgrounds are filled with cool little ambient animations, and each character exudes an over-the-top personality that make them all stand out.

		Marvel VS Capcom is better on the Dreamcast than it was in the arcades, the control is easy, the graphics are sharp and crisp and bright, and the action is fast, so fast you might lose track of what your doing.
		His character sprite may be based on the original Street Fighter Alpha character, but Capcom designed him to give him his old red headband he had while he was growing older, and make his voice sound a little deeper.
		Marvel VS Capcom for the Dreamcast is one game that shouldn't be left behind.
