Installing Planet CCRMA on Fedora Core 2 or 3
When you are done with the install you should have a machine with at least one normal non-root user (created during the reboot process, just after finishing the installation) and your soundcard properly configured and working.
The ``Planet CCRMA'' cdrom also contains a snapshot of the Planet CCRMA documentation, just open ``file:///mnt/cdrom/software/index.html'' in your favorite browser (assuming the cdrom is mounted on /mnt/cdrom, Fedora Core 3 will mount them in a subdirectory of /media instead).
Some Planet CCRMA packages may depend on original Fedora Core packages that are not installed in your computer, and the apt database only knows about what you have installed and the cdroms you have fed to apt-cdrom.
