 | | The Commission further understands that, under the arrangements discussed at the hearing of TCN's application for a broadcasting licence in February 1994, the new specialty service is to operate out of CFCN-TV's production facilities. |
 | | However, in light of CFCN's involvement in the operation of TCN, the Commission expects RCI to assess the impact, if any, that the required divestiture of CFCN to a third party will have on TCN, and to act accordingly, in the best interests of TCN. |
