CICT is an Canadian television station, licensed to, serving Calgary, Alberta.
CICT airs the same schedule as Global Edmonton, with the main difference being the morning news and 5 and 5:30 newscasts (which are shown on CISA TV) newscasts, all of which CICT produces itself.
CICT is also the master control for all of CanWest Global’s Alberta stations and the remaining Global stations in the Prairies.

 PhilPost raises legal questions about CICT - Jul. 09, 2004
In a meeting between CICT head Virgilio Pena and the PhilPost board of directors two weeks ago, Computer Center chief Tim Diaz Rivera recalled that a PhilPost lawyer asked how the agency's charter would be affected by the establishment of the CICT.
The CICT will also merge the National Computer Center (an attached agency to the Department of Science and Technology), the Telecommunications Office and the telecommunications planning division under the Department of Transportation and Communications into the CICT.
In a separate interview, a source said the top PhilPost officials are reluctant to "merge" with the CICT, and are using legal issues to prevent the impending reorganization of the agency.
