CICT airs the same schedule as Global Edmonton, with the main difference being themorning show (The Big Breakfast), newscasts and Calgary Flames hockey games, all of which CICT produces itself.
CICT isalso the master control for all of CanWest Global’s Alberta stations, and is set to become the master control for theremaining Global stations in the Prairies.

It broadcasted on channel 7 with a power output of 167,000 watts visual, and 33,400 audio from a 638 foot tower located at what was the city limits of Lethbridge.
The station was a joint venture between local radio station CJOC (the CJ in the callsign) and the Lethbridge Herald (the LH).
However, a year later in 1968, an agreement was reached between CFCN and CJLH to share space on the CJLH tower and building for technical equipment.

TV channel 6 audio however is at 87.75.
It is certainly possible that a TV advertizement was being run to sell this video tape at 11:15 UTC Nov. 29 on some Ch-6 in probably the US but maybe Canada.

During construction of the transmission tower on a hill southwest of the city, the 70 foot, 5 ton antennae was being hoisted to the top of the 600 foot tower when the cable snaped and the antennae fell almost the full 600 feet to imbed itself almost 15 feet in the ground.
No one was injured, and the antennae was able to be repaired causing a ten day delay in the opening of the station.

Other times webcams use a technology called Java, for real time image processing, so what you see is live uninteruppted camera vision, much like watching your tv.
IF after checking your browser settings the link still does not work, then more than likely the site has changed it's host or updated itself, which in some cases will mean the webcam maybe on another link within their site, just follow the directions on the site.
