Bill Hale sent me a copy of the Radio Martí pattern plot, and it's up on my website at http://www.w9wi.com/images/marti.gif (Doug Smith, NRC-AM via DXLD) I was stationed in Miami in the U.S. Coast Guard in the mid and late 1980's and was involved in various law enforcement and national security programs.
