They then proceeded to ask American citizens to point to iraq or any other country australia happened to be labeled as, nobody even seemed to question whether australia really was iraq, one did comment saying "I didn't realise iraq was so big".

Last night's CNNNN was ok. The only parts I really LOLed at was "Donald Bradman: The Cremation Years" and the "50 years where nothing happened" after The Don retired.
Other than that, the show was fairly ordinary (last weeks was better by far), and they seem to be struggling for ideas for the newsbar.

The format is a cocktail of horrible cable news formats - CNN's banners and newsbars, Fox's fiery fascist presenters, one-sided political debate panels - all delivered with the perfect tone of smug self-importance.
Mission statements such as "CNNNN - The Network the Whole World Trusts Implicitly", or "CNNNN - More War Than Any Other Network", change more rapidly than Julia Roberts's hair colour, and are just as believable.
The newsbar that drags through the entire show at the bottom of the screen is nearly impossible to catch, and must be great fun to write.
