The Republic of Ecuador (Spanish: República del Ecuador, IPA Template:IPA) is a country in northwestern South America, bounded by Colombia on the north, by Peru on the east and south, and by the Pacific Ocean on the west.
Ecuador is a member of the United Nations (and most of its specialized agencies) and also is a member of many regional groups, including the Rio Group, the Latin American Economic System, the Latin American Energy Organization, the Latin American Integration Association, and The Andean Pact.

The flags of Ecuador, Colombia and Venezuela are almost identical because at independence in 1822 they formed a confederation (Gran Colombia).
I´m from Ecuador, and it seems that you got there two versions of the ecuadorian flag, one as the "civilian flag", the other as the "state flag".
I do not believe that the civil ensign is with CoA as this might lead to confusion with the Colombian civil ensign, which is the same flag with a badge in the center.
