Coum Transmissions, the arts group of which she was a member, were truly adept at provoking shock and outrage.
The booklet includes a full list of Coum Transmissions "actions" including such notables as "G.P.O. vs G.P-O", which was held in Highbury Magistrates Court and was doubtless a court case provoked by her Coum cohort Genesis P. Orridge's mail art.
Coum Transmissions gave birth (probably publicly and messily) to Throbbing Gristle who proceeded to apply much the same approach to music.

This is an excellent account of where music meets art, rather than Manahlos and Red Tags, the story of a bunch of worried, art-conscious drifters from Hull who sought expressionism in music.
The book's only weakness is that the story of COUM is so well told that you're left wanting more on the Fortress years of TG and the moment the wheels came off the P-Orridge cart.
An entertaining discourse on contemporary art history & "underground" music which pushes back the boundaries of critique, biography and reportage in much the same way as Coum & TG challenged the borders of taste, respectability and technical & musical possibility.
