CSO has been actively involved as chaplains in the NASCAR racing circuit and in assisting the local church in developing leaders who use relational outreach to reach their congregations and the outside community.
Created to meet needs primarily in the church, CSO exists to aid discipleship and organizational issues that are encountered by the local churches as they attempt to use sports as an outreach tool to their surrounding communities.
