		CSP has been practically applied in industry as a tool for specifying and verifying the concurrent aspects of a variety of different systems (for examples, see (Barrett 1995) or (Hall 2002)).
		CSP is a useful theory for analyzing systems that either don't depend on fairness properties to be “correct”, or need to operate “correctly” regardless of the fairness of the system components.
		CSP is still extremely useful for reasoning about systems that have a static topology, as demonstrated by its wide use in industry.
