The higher cost of a single family residence, coupled with the considerable maintenance that a house requires, usually leads parents of CSULB students to choose a condominium-style residence.
Because parents find that their students need at least one rent-paying roommate for the purchase to be financially viable, all of the complexes listed here have units with at least two bedrooms.
