If CSeries final assembly does not end up in Canada, obviously EDC and the special Canada Account airline financing will not be available for the CSeries...
Although BBD does not yet have an all-new engine risk-sharing partner (which is fundamental to meeting announced CSeries performance), BBD has previously announced they still might decide to proceed with CSeries development at the BOD meeting in March.
The CSeries is in direct competition to A and B's 318/19 and 736/737, so we shall see.
