  Deadpool
Deadpool learned that his former lover -- Vanessa Carlyle, the shapeshifter named Copycat -- was posing as Cable's girlfriend and teammate, the probability-altering Domino.
Deadpool showed mercy on his former flame, diverting a portion of his powers to heal her injuries.
Deadpool's only known power is his superhuman healing factor, which is a recreation of the one possessed by the mutant Wolverine.

Deadpool - Marvel Database - A Wikia wiki
Deadpool, Hayden and Hayden's allies Outlaw and Taskmaster eventually defeated and killed the Swan and had him stuffed so that the healing factor couldn't resurrect him (Hayden would later be shown using the corpse as a surfboard).
Cable was then attacked by the Silver Surfer and burnt out his powers in the ensuing battle, and Deadpool saved his life by removing the telepathic and telekinetic parts of his brain with the mini-teleporter, and then recovering non-viral techno-organic matter to replace the damage it had caused to Cable's body.
Deadpool has friends, such as Weasel and Blind Al, that he was loyal to and cared about due to his insanity, he would mistreat them at times, such as stabbing Weasel in the leg over the last Cheesy Poof or confining Blind Al in a room filled with sharp objects.

 Comics Central Cable & Deadpool
Deadpool fought Cable around the Church, before Cable was finally immobilised by his T-O virus and Deadpool started to melt from the Façade infection.
Straining, Cable managed to make a TK burst to swallow the liquified Deadpool, absorbing his healing factor and allowing him to purge them both of the Façade virus with his telekinesis, then regurgitated Deadpool, whose healing factor could now resolidify.
Cable proceeded to subvert the Deliverance Device - and Lightmaster, who had hired by Sunic to protect the virus but was actually a member of the One World Church, and who was key to the delivery - turning the world's population a shade of pink.

 Cable & Deadpool #1
Deadpool has only had one, although a strong case could be made that Agent X ought to count towards the total.
Cable foolishly fills the page, and finds himself carrying a ridiculously big gun, three swords (er, since when does Cable use swords) and enough camping gear to survive in the wilderness for two years.
The obvious problem with building a series around Cable and Deadpool is that it's hard to imagine anything that would persuade the characters to remain together - they'd hate one another.

 The religion of Deadpool
Deadpool's romantic interest in Irish Catholic mutant Siryn (Theresa Cassidy), and his mental association of her with angels and other heavenly imagery could also be taken as evidence of lingering religious upbringing and/or latent acknowledgement of religious belief on his part.
Cable then tries to take control of the machine that is supposed to infect humanity with the virus, saying that he wants to be the one to administer it to the public, but then his mutant powers disappear.
Cable telekinetically rips the whole machine out of the ground and replies that he thinks he should be the one to administer it.

This custom is based on Cable's outfit in the recent "Bosom Buddies" arc in issues 20 through 23 of Cable and Deadpool.
First, the BP torso is just beefy enough - in his recent incarnation, Cable is still a big guy, but not quite as wide as he looked in the 90's.
Cable's left arm and hand come from the leftover Deathlok I used to cobble together Forge.

Comic Book Resources - CBR News: Odd Couple No More? Nicieza talks “Cable & Deadpool”
In issue #34 of “Cable and Deadpool,” Irene Merriweather, Cable's long time friend and ally, appeared to be very upset about her friend reuniting with his old flame.
Cable and the Merc with a Mouth may be on the outs with each other, but Cable knows his former friend well enough and cares enough to warn him that he'll have some introspective moments coming his way.
Deadpool's pensive moments might have begun at the end of issue #34, when he began to see images of mysterious figures flashing on and off of his TV set.

 Cable / Deadpool #' + a + '
Cable’s T-O virus is out of control, as he’s unable to access his telekinesis, thanks to the Façade virus.
Cable, whose body continues to turn into a metallic mass (and whose lips have melded into his face) seems to know something that Wade doesn’t.
Cable tells Deadpool that anyone infected with the Façade will melt; Deadpool responds that his antibodies are strong enough to take care of him, even if his healing factor is a bit sluggish of late.

Cable & Deadpool #9 Review - Silver Bullet Comics
As the X-Men, plus Deadpool, press the attack against Cable, the X-Men quickly discover that Deadpool is not a trustworthy ally, as when it comes time for Wade to perform his heroic act, he joins forces with Cable.
Now the two-page interview sequence with Cable wasn't nearly as engaging as the previous issues, as it seems like an effort was being made to give Cable a less confrontational attitude, but this "don't worry, be happy" persona worked against the overall dramatic tone of the topic the two characters were discussing.
Still, one has to love Deadpool's nightmare inducing use of the Marvel Girl costume, and Cable final conversation with Deadpool was a very intriguing exchange, as Cable essentially admits that his grand plan is doomed to fail.

Cable & Deadpool #12 Review - Silver Bullet Comics
However, Deadpool is able to take out Agent X, and with the Fixer's help, he sets out to wake Cable up from his vegetative state.
While a return visit from Agent X and Cable's unwillingness to wake up complicate matters, by the end of the issue Cable has been brought out of his coma, with a few changes.
But Cable fans are thrown a bone in that the issue ends with a new status quo for the character, and there's also a great little character moment between Cable and Domino, as Nate questions why he should continue to fight the good fight.

Deadpool, on the other hand, is simply pro-registration because the government will pay him to hunt people down, and he just likes that kind of thing.

Comic Book Resources - CBR News: Gun Toting Granola Munchers: Nicieza Talks “Cable & Deadpool”
Cable’s inability to talk Deadpool out of his choice stems from the fact that each character’s choice of side in “Civil War” is rooted in strong personal beliefs.
Since Cable has chosen to assist Captain America’s anti-registration resistance movement in “Civil War,” has often enacted plans that threaten those in power, and is the head of not one but two foreign countries its easy to think that he’s not a popular person with the U.S. government.
Cable was already the leader of Providence, a man made South Pacific island nation, when he became the head of state of Rumekistan.

Review of 2005: Cable & Deadpool
And despite the mixed results of his previous forays into this area, Cable still thinks it'd be a great idea to remake the world into a better society.
Deadpool, meanwhile, provides the point of view character who allows Cable to remain suitably enigmatic, as well as the goofy comic relief that stops the series becoming too heavy going.
The "Murder in Paradise" arc, with Deadpool investigating the murder of a thinly disguised Osama bin Laden in Cable's idyllic model community, had some jawdropping moments - such as Deadpool cheerfully attacking a mosque on the grounds that, hell, there's got to be something suspicious about a mosque.

Still, in three issues, we become familiar with how Deadpool comes across to people, how he pretends to be to keep his targets off guard, and what he really wants for himself in the future.
