I haven't eat dinner yet, but yesterday i ate cheese and ham Cachapa, what you don't know what a Cachapa is?, then you have miss one of the greatest foods in the world, Cachapa is a typical Venezuelan dish made of Corn, its kinda like a pancake, really tasty, great with cheese and butter.
I didn't ate the whole thing, too damn big, but i think we spend like 10 minutes eating that.
Excellent, Cachapas Don Simon, is the best restaurant of Cachapas in my city.

After we left we all went to a local restaurant where they served the local beer which is call Solera.
And I had a local dish called Cachapa con queso amarillo, basically a cornmeal pancake folded in half with yellowish orange cheese distinctly cheddar tasting oozing out.
