Whether it's because the bloodline largely avoids the nightly perils of the Jyhad, or because it is not typically martially or politically inclined, Camarilla and Sabbat alike tend to ignore the Daughters.
The name "Daughter of Cacophony" was not applied to her at the time, yet today those few who know of her existence consider her to be the originator of the bloodline.
Daughters of Cacophony have no great love for the sect, but no great dislike of it either, and it has been noted that the bloodline tends to follow the Masquerade whether it is enforced locally or not.

The concept behind 'Cacophony Presents...' is to create a mutually beneficial relationship between independent labels, their artists and film makers.
It is a bridge between the independents that are looking to promote their catalogue to the film industry and film makers that are looking for unique and original music that will work with them rather than against them.

Whatever their origin, the Daughters of Cacophony are singers extraordinaire, possessed of supernaturally magnificent (or terrifying) voices.
Whether it is because the bloodline largely avoids the nightly perils of the Jyhad, or because it is not typically martially or politically inclined, Camarilla and Sabbat alike tend to ignore the Daughters.
Daughters of Cacophony, when they can be bothered with issues so peripheral to their interests, sometimes fall in with whichever sect exerts the greatest influence in their immediate surroundings.

Wussnet pays homage to Cacophony, a most radically triumphant band!
On the first cacophony album, "Speed Metal Symphony," Marty played all the bass guitar as well, but when it came time for touring, he couldn't play bass and guitar at the same time, so cacophony recruited Jimmy O'Shea.
While most of cacophony's music was instrumentally-focused, many of their songs did have some vocals, whch were done by Peter Marrino (IMO, his vocals were much better on "Go Off!" than on "Speed metal Symphony.").
Together, these guys were Cacophony, a musical force that, in the short time and two albums they were together for, left a nice mark on the face of guitar-based music.

As if that weren't enough, their angular compositions are delivered at warp-speed tempos, with tons of dissonance and odd time signatures thrown into the mix.

I think Cacophony should have admitted right from the start that their music was all about great solos, and the vocals were mere filler.
After seeing a bootleg clip of Cacophony, I appreciate the vocals so much less, especially since the vocalist seems to be under the impression that he was an Axl Rose or a Sebastian Bach, as he screeched like Samwise Gamgee would if butchered in a slaughterhouse.
There are, as in the first release, two instrumental tracks on this record, albeit not as extended, which comes as a bit of a letdown to me, as I always liked Cacophony for their intrumental movements.
