| | Heath & Sherwood Drilling - The Company |
 | | McBean renamed the company to Heath and Sherwood Drilling in 1972 and amalgamated it as a division of Upper Canada Resources Ltd. (U.C.R.), a company he formed that also controlled Bankeno and Queenston Mines, Becker Drills Inc., Brinkerhoff Drilling, Drill Systems and an interest in Pilot Diamond Tools. |
 | | Five years later in 1977, Turbo Resources Ltd. of Calgary purchased all the assets of U.C.R. including Heath and Sherwood Drilling which became a division of Challenger International Services Ltd., one of the Turbo Group of Companies. |
 | | In the early 1980's these HS 150 drills operated for a sister company, Universal Drillers in South Africa, where they cored the deepest wireline hole in the world to 17,800 feet, clearly establishing HEATH and SHERWOOD as the recognised leader in this technology. |
