Call duration has not been removed...in the call log, you simply go to the option screen, and select, "Detail".
Uh...the call duration of call details is gone on the 680....must be looking at the 650 when answering.
Both programs will give the call duration on each call, but with Comet you also have a record of all calls for an entire period of time, calls can be sorted by name, or category.

"Duration correction" field on 'Import SMDR' pand and Driver tab of PBX Communcation page is used to define value that will be subtracted from every call duration so it is not possible to use it for calls filtering.
