The objective(s) of the paper, methodology to be employed, discussion of data source, if appropriate, and expected results and contributions should be clearly stated.
All final papers should, consequently, be forwarded to all members of the assigned panel/session by January 31, 2007.
Papers presented at the meeting may be submitted for publication in the refereed journals, the Southwestern Journal of Economics and the Social Science Quarterly.

 CALL FOR PAPERS  The 9th Annual
Papers can explore topics such as the constitutional and legal relationship between religion and the state; the organization, regulation and transformation of religion in public life; the links between religion and nationalism; democratic institution-building and religious human rights; and related subjects.
Papers could, for example, focus on new entities, innovative projects, cross-sector partnerships and the circumstances (institutional, managerial, leadership, political, etc) in which they emerged as well as the challenges, dilemmas, and solutions facing the realization of such initiatives.
Papers may stem from the domains of public policy, administration and/or management; entrepreneurship in the public, private or NGO sectors; or others.

 Call for Papers
Proposals to the Programme Committee may be of three types: (1) papers, (2) poster presentations and/or software demonstrations, and (3) sessions (either three-paper or panel sessions).
Proposals for papers (750-1500 words) should describe original work: either completed research which has given rise to substantial results, or the development of significant new methodologies, or rigorous theoretical, speculative or critical discussions.
The deadline for session proposals is the same as for proposals for papers.

 Call for Papers
It is more and more common in the so called “developed” nations to be able to access a wide range of facilities from registrations of births and deaths to registrations of cars without having to leave your desk, but the success of these encounters varies greatly.
All full papers will be double-blind reviewed by members of the conference committee to ensure an adequate standard, that the proposed subject of their abstract has been followed, that the paper is of a suitable length, the standard of English is adequate and the paper is appropriately referenced.
Papers that are accepted will be published in the conference proceedings providing at least one author registers and presents the work at the Conference (see the registration section of the conference website for more information about registration).

In addition, the program committee may accept some standard submissions as 6-page short papers if they feel the submission is interesting but does not meet the criteria of a full-length paper.

 PLoP 2002 Call for Papers
Due to the tragic events of Sept. 11, 2001 there are a few papers that were accepted for workshopping at the PLoP 2001 conference, but whose authors could not attend the conference because of the difficulties in air travel associated with that week.
Any papers that were accepted but not presented at last year's conference (as verified from a list of accepted papers to be provided by last year's program chair) will be considered as being pre-accepted for workshopping at this year's conference.
Furthermore, even if you do choose to have your paper re-shepherded, the paper cannot "lose" its accepted status; this is simply our way to allow you to update the paper and receive comments for further improvement prior to workshopping it at the conference.

Short papers are intended to be an exposition of a novel idea or preliminary results and will be allotted two pages in the proceedings.

With a view to the publication of a collection on this topic, sessions are designed to bring Jaspers' views on the philosophical implications of the life sciences on questions of anthropology, psychology, psycho-pathology, and the freedom of the will into a conversation with other philosophically committed anthropological critiques of modern biology.
