The Cameo Jazz Band was formed in early 2002 by six veteran southwestern Ontario musicians drawn together by their love of traditional jazz played in the New Orleans style.
Since its formation, the Cameo Jazz Band has performed at the Markham Jazz Festival, the Grand Bend Jazz Festival, and the Niagara Jazz Festival, and at Harmony Showcase 2004 at the Newmarket Theatre.
