		Design rule for Camera File system (DCF) is an JEITA specification, (Number CP-3461) which defines a File format and file system for digital cameras, including the directory structure, file naming method, character set, file format, and metadata format.
		It is currently the de facto industry standard for digital still cameras.
		The file format of DCF is based on the Exif 2.2 specification.

		Exchangeable image file format (official abbreviation Exif, not EXIF) is a specification for the image file format used by digital cameras.
		The derivation of Exif from the TIFF file structure using offset pointers in the files means that data can be spread anywhere within a file, which means that software is likely to corrupt any pointers or corresponding data that it doesnt decode/encode.
