In the art world, Campbell's Soup Cans at first referred to 32 small 20"x16" canvases of portrait paintings of Campbell’s Soup cans that Andy Warhol produced in 1962 for his first gallery exhibition of the then 32 varieties of soups made by the Campbell Soup Company.
A portrait named Campbell's Soup Cans II is part of the permanent collection of the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago.
It was composed of 10 rows and 20 columns of numerous flavors of soups.
