TVA operates some 100 public recreation areas throughout the Tennessee Valley, including campgrounds, day-use areas, and boat launching ramps.
There are 56 campsites with improvements underway to provide 33 with water and electric hookups; 7 with water, electric, and sewer service; and 16 without hookups.
Hemlock Bluff National Recreation Trail, named for the prominence of hemlocks in the hardwood forest that the trail traverses, is a seven-mile loop along the steep ridges and bluffs of Norris Reservoir.

Subsidizing camping for refugees makes sense, though I am not sure why the Feds are subsidizing camping for everyone, but I guess they despaired of coming up with a fair way to separate homeless refugees from regular campers, so they made it free to everyone.
Recreation facilities on public lands are missing the boat when they attempt to emulate private operations too much.
