Finally with regard to teaching and outreach in meeting and exceeding our submission, attention should be paid to the highly successful student briefing programme of Canadian defence establishments including National Defence Headquarters, the high school outreach programme, support to the Canadian Forces educational activities and the overall work of the Centre in the community.
The CDSS in the past year has continued to be the national focus of expertise and comment on missile defence, outer space, and increasingly Canadian aerospace defence issues.
This is evident in the first Canadian Aerospace Defence Workshop held in February, and the publication of the first two volumes of the Silver Dart Aerospace Studies Series which are both at the printer.
