The Canadian Professional Golfers' Association is a membership based organization representing more than 2,500 club professionals and tournament professionals across Canada.
The CPGA was formed in 1911 which makes it the oldest professional golf association in North America.
The Association established a code of ethics for its members which details that a golf professional must be honourable, fair dealing and must always put the betterment of the game first and foremost.

He won the Canadian Professional Golfers' Association championship 8 times 1940-61, was low Canadian in the Canadian Open 9 times 1945-61, won the BC Open 5 times, the Alberta Open 9 times, and the Saskatchewan Open twice.
In 1957 he won the Greater Greensboro (NC) Open, in 1958 the Tournament of Champions and in 1960 the Western Open.

The British Columbia Professional Golfers' Association is a non-profit organization that serves and represents more than 600 golf professionals in B.C. The Association was formed in 1934 and is governed by a nine-member board of directors, all Class "A" members of the Association.

In the late 1950's Moe won dozens of amateur tournaments in Canada, including the Canadian Amateur two years in a row.
