Whilst the core of the ensemble consists of two violins and continuo, a large range of instruments is used and Canzona regularly assumes orchestral proportions, particularly in its collaborations with choirs.

Milano Calibro 9 soundtrack (Preludio, Tema, Variazioni e Canzona) - Osanna & Luis E. Bacalov
Working closely with Luis E. Bacalov, who composed three of the tracks and provided the orchestral arrangements for the whole soundtrack, Osanna performed and recorded the music live to the final cut of the movie in the Fonorama Studios in Rome.
After recording the music for the movie, they then went to a recording studio in Milan and recorded the music again for the LP release which was titled Milano Calibro 9: Preludio, Tema, Variazioni e Canzona.
