Over the weekend, a newly formed company, the Capitol Holding Corporation, headed by two Kansas City, Mo., businessmen, agreed to buy a 54.9 percent interest in the regional carrier from a group of New York investors that acquired it in July.
Capitol Holding is headed by Iranian-born Farhad Azima and Nelson J. Happy, chairman of the Republic Bank of Kansas City.

I'd recommend picking up Capitol Air's album and seeing them live to anyone who enjoys music with continuity, an almost theatrical, auditorily (is that a word??) embracing and emotional journey.
