		He is also known as Kuro of the Thousand Plans for his elaborate plans that never fail.
		Captain Kuro set up an elaborate scheme in a small village he came to live in, in order to live free from pursuit with great wealth.
		Captain Kuro is first introduced in the manga in Chapter 23 - Introducing Captain Usopp (as Klahadore) and is defeated by Luffy in Chapter 40 - Usopp Pirate Crew.

		It's a shame he wasn't introduced later as a more powerful fighter, since his ability is a lot more entertaining in my book than a lot of the later villains (Don Krieg and Arlong, for example).
