		Within two years the first Days were organized in Reykjavík (Iceland), Bath (UK) and La Rochelle (France), and the informal World Car Free Days Consortium was organized in 1995 to supported Car Free Days world wide.
		Four car free Sundays were organized and greatly enjoyed by all during "Oil Crisis".
		The first Australian Car Free Day was held in the City of Fremantle on 29 November 2000.
