		Because Sakura feels that he does not resemble a "Kerberos," she calls him "Kero-chan." He initally rejects the name (Kero is also the Japanese onomatopoeia for the sound a frog makes, a comparison he resents), but soon comes to embrace it once he gets to know Sakura.
		Kero-chan is bossy, demanding, and gluttonous, but he also genuinely cares about Sakura and believes that she will become the next Master of the Clow, acting as her guide to gather the Cards.
		In each segment, he would discuss costumes, props, and other characters, often in ways that are ironic (such as a mention of Tomoyo's ability to obtain shots for her videos that are utterly impossible with a hand-held camera) and which break the fourth wall.

		Cardcaptor Sakura is well animated, and one of the best-looking magical girl anime I have seen.
		Sakura's best friend, Tomoyo, makes different battle costumes for her to wear during many of her card captures, which means that these scenes aren't used to cut back on the actual animation needed.
		When Sakura releases the seal on her staff by saying the incantation, she says that it "hides the powers of the dark." It also has other occultic references like the star that is in the magic circle.

		In this volume, the last-but-one of the Cardcaptor Sakura series, we get the conclusion of Sakura's outward battles to convert the Clow Cards into Star Cards, and the climactic battle between herself and Eriol (who we already know is the one causing problems for her).
		There is some development of the ongoing 'situation' between Syaoran and Sakura as well, and the ending of this volume leaves you waiting for a conclusion of all of Sakura's- and the other characters'- inner, abstract battles and worries, now that the more tangible ones have been finished with.
