		Well the theory is that most of the Jango-type clones from the wars are dead, retired, or officers of chiefs.
		If you read Star Wars: Republic Commando, the main jedi character(Etain) is talking to a clone(Darman) and she mentions to him what will happen to him in another 10/20 years(i can't remember the exact number) and he says he will be dead.
		Clones did still grow twice as fast so any still alive from the Clone War would be at least the equivalent of 60 by the time of the Rebellion and who knows what other medical problems effected old Clones.

		It was because prior to Star Wars, he was one of the greats of British cinema, and it truly rankled him that he became best known for a supporting role in a space opera.

		This is EU, but they talk about trooper training facilities on Cardia (the Imperial Academy).
